Advisors will undertake care searches that meet an individual’s specific criteria, including budget, locality to work or home, dietary requirements, language, allergies, times and days the support is required and the preferred size of care provision. A list of local care providers who have vacancies is then provided.
With most of the legwork complete, the employee then only has to make a final decision on the care provider.
