Our ad-hoc counselling and information services provide support to organisations and employees who do not currently have an EAP in place.
Employee Advisory Resource can provide ad-hoc services across a range of scenarios, to help employees better deal with the issues they are facing and help them more quickly return to being productive in the workplace.
These scenarios could include:
- Exposure to traumatic events, e.g. accidents and assaults
- Personal problems, e.g. relationship breakdowns and bereavement
- Workplace issues, e.g. stress and bullying/harassment
Our ad-hoc support is tailored on a case-by-case basis but usually involves an initial telephone assessment to determine the best possible course of action, followed by delivery of the appropriate support, which could include a short series of to-face-to-face counselling sessions.
The ad-hoc support we offer is always underpinned by the highest quality standards we adhere to when delivering our full EAPs.
